Meet Ms. Cassandra Brandon

I am a survivor of domestic abuse who chose to transform pain into purpose. My experiences inspired me to become a school counselor, advocate, and foster mom, dedicating my life to helping children and families navigate challenges, build resilience, and discover their strengths. With six years of experience in education, I am passionate about supporting students both academically and emotionally. While raising my two biological children, opening my home to foster children, and pursuing my master’s degree in school counseling, I have learned that healing and growth are lifelong journeys. Through this blog, I share my personal experiences, lessons learned, and ongoing path to recovery in hopes of encouraging others to find hope, embrace their worth, and recognize that their past does not define their future.
